Our 8 week cycles

We create results-based programs, to push you to achieve your best

This consists of a 4 phase approach which cycles every 8 weeks

  1. Building Phase - 2 weeks of learning the movements and gaining the key skills needed for certain lifts

  2. Load Phase - 2 weeks of progressing stacking the weight for you to work towards your max rep range

  3. Deload Phase - 2 weeks of the same intensity but lowering the weight to allow your muscles to rest and rebuild

  4. PB week - 1 week to test your personal best and try smash your goals

  5. Rewards week - 1 week of events to celebrate your achievements over the past phase
